"For the past eights weeks, we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Boiano as he was contracted by the Internal Festival of Arts Community to work with the children of Christian Community Action Stepping Stone Transitional Housing Program and the children of the Headstart Program. The manner in which Mr. Boiano empowered these children with basic life skills such as sharing, respect, compassion and self-empowerment was extraordinary. Having worked in Human Services for numerous years, I was extremely impressed in the manner in which Mr. Boiano was truly able to relate with a diverse population of children as well as adults.
